Crew Training & Development

At Myanmar Oversea Co., Ltd, we prioritize the continuous development of our officers and crew members. To enhance their abilities, all candidates are required to participate in training programs and undergo four examination stages. These training sessions are carefully designed to elevate their skills and expand their knowledge.

Crew Account Services

We understand the vital role that seafarers' families play in ensuring our onboard crew members work in a positive and healthy environment. When their loved ones are content and well-supported, seafarers are motivated to perform diligently and collaborate effectively onboard.
